You earn 20% of every qualifying subscription payment made by a customer you referred.
For the first 12 months
Commission applies for the first 12 months of the referred customer's paid subscription.

R200 minimum payout
Request a payout as soon as your available earnings reach R200.

Payouts are reviewed and paid by EFT into the bank account you save in your partner dashboard.

You do not need to subscribe to MyEasy Invoice. A partner account is a normal login with a partner dashboard attached. No company profile, no trial, and no subscription is created for you.

- Commission is earned only after a referred customer's qualifying subscription payment settles.
- Refunds, chargebacks, and reversals may reduce or reverse earnings already recorded.
- Self-referrals and fraudulent or misleading referrals are prohibited.
- Earnings are held for a short period before becoming available for payout.
- Suspended partners keep their history but cannot earn new commission or request payouts.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a MyEasy Invoice subscription to be a partner?
No. Referral partners do not need a subscription, a company profile, or a trial. You get a normal user login and a partner dashboard, nothing more.
How much do partners earn?
20% recurring commission for the first 12 months of each referred customer's paid subscription, plus a R399 once-off bonus once you have five active paying referrals.
When do I get paid?
Payouts are processed manually by EFT once your available earnings reach the R200 minimum and you have saved your payout bank details in the partner dashboard.
Is my application approved automatically?
No. Every application is reviewed manually. Submitting an application does not create or approve a partner account, and approval is not guaranteed.
Can I use my referral earnings against my own subscription?
No. Referral earnings are paid out by EFT. They are not subscription credit and cannot be applied to an invoice from us.
What happens if a referred customer refunds or cancels?
Commission is earned only on qualifying subscription payments that settle. Refunds, chargebacks, and reversals reduce or reverse the related earnings.
Can I refer myself or my own business?
No. Self-referrals and any fraudulent or misleading referral activity are prohibited and will end your participation in the programme.
